Ali, Jade and the team at Mumbles Dental House are brilliant. I WAS such a nervous patient fearful of dentists before attending. I have been avoiding going to dentists for 10+ years. Mumbles dental house is so welcoming it does not look or smell like your average dental practice. I Can’t believe I am writing this but I look forward to seeing Jade and Ali for my dental work. I would recommend Mumbles Dental House to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and supportive dentist. The aftercare and support from Jade and Ali I have received has been exceptional. Ali and Jade have exceptional knowledge and are very good at communicating the work they are carrying out. I have been given a clear plan which suits me. I now look forward to seeing jade and Ali as much as my hairdresser.

I have a dentist phobia,however my experience at Mumbles Dental House was so different to what I expected.My consultation began ,really the minute I walked through the door.I was put to ease immediately by the ambience of calming music ,which definately worked a treat.Ali saw myself and my bestie sitting outside the waiting room and acknowledged us with a friendly smile and a hello.I was spoken to for about my life ,expectations,etc and I must say it was such a pleasing attribute, to make me feel important and that what I feel and want were important.I have the greatest confidence in attending my next appointment ,and I think that Ali has actually conquered a 40 year dentist phobia.I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this dentist ,it was more like a spa retreat than a dentist appointment ,so friendly too

I had a great experience with Dr. Ali. I went for a general check up after not visiting a dentist for a few years and I was a bit stressed. Dr. Ali took the time to explain all procedures that he did and after he took X-rays he made sure we look at them together. He explained the x-rays and answered all of my questions. After not having a great experience with dentists in general Dr. Ali and the rest of the staff were a breath of fresh air.

Fantastic dental practice! After no fewer than two NHS dentists gave me bad advice that ultimately led to me losing one molar, I turned to Dr Ali for a second opinion, as I'd seen how much he invests in learning his craft.I'm an anxious patient and the customer service I have received has been exemplary. I'm never rushed, I feel listened to and have had a completely different experience to my NHS filling, which was traumatic.Dr Ali genuinely cares about his patients: I trust him unequivocally and I don't say that lightly. He is a man of integrity and a true expert in his field.He's built a great team: I have also been seeing Jade, as stress meant that my gums were a disaster, and she too is amazing. I've never had such thorough examinations of my gums but following her advice led to me reducing my inflammation from 43% to 4% over a couple of months. No one has ever explained to me how to properly care for my teeth in this way before.The reception staff are also lovely.I had such a good experience with this practice that I travel from London from my treatment; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mumbles Dental House to anyone.

Amazing level of service & expertise at Mumbles Dental House! As a long time dentist avoider due to a dental phobia I was warmly greeted with smiles. Ali, Jade and the team acknowledged my worries and I was made to feel completely at ease and not judged for how my teeth were but offered sensible solutions. Such a wonderfull practice. The staff there are all very friendly professional and most importantly always reassuring and kind . My dentist Ali is very thorough talks you through all the planned treatments, takes into account any concerns and works through them with you . He is so patient and calming and creates a relaxing environment which really helps me as I have real anxiety being in a dentist chair . I couldn’t recommend him and the practice more .

Ali at Mumbles dental house is absolutely brilliant. I have had several fillings replaced & it is impossible to tell which teeth have fillings & which don’t, the attention to detail is outstanding.More importantly, both of my children are very comfortable going to the dentist. My 13 yr old daughter has had 3 adult teeth extracted as part of her orthodontic plan. I was amazed at how well the extractions went - she was made to feel comfortable & experienced minimal discomfort - all thanks to Ali’s approach. A really good dentist is hard to find & having had negative experiences in the past, worth every single penny.

Recently joined Mumbles Dental House after my regular dentist retired.I was given a very thorough examination on my first visit by Dr Ali and given a treatment plan. This was explained in detail to me and it became obvious that he was an expert in his field. Mumbles dental house was truly the best practice I’ve ever been to. The doctors and nurses along with the staff were all extremely trustworthy, empathetic, and truly professional. The thing that they always prioritise is their patients and their experience. As a patient I noticed that every single person at mumbles dental house all valued their patients comfort, experience and most importantly their health. I got work experience there for a whole week and was a patient, which made me see both sides, and to say the least, every single person in mumbles dental house truly gives all their effort, time, and focus to all their patients and their experience to make them feel happy and comfortable. Mumbles Dental House has improved massively since its takeover.The reception staff are friendly and efficient, and the appointment system has been changed for the better (no more constant changing of appointments) and a confirmation email and text are sent immediately. Big improvements.The reception area is bright and welcoming (love the plants) and - hooray! - it's so much easier to get into the car park outside since someone thought to knock a bit of wall down.My dentist Ali is friendly and welcoming, and has advised and helped me lots already. He is clearly highly skilled, qualified and experienced.He also referred me to a gum specialist hygienist, Jade, who I saw this week. She is super-efficient, thorough and very capable.I really feel I'm in the best hands now at this dental practice. I would highly recommend it.

I have been a patient of the practice for over 15yrs, however have just recently been seen by the new Dental Physician Ali. I was dubious about seeing a new dentist. My fears have now been allayed and I feel that I am In very capable hands. Ali is very dedicated to his work, he explains everything clearly and logically about any dental treatment that I may need. I feel very relaxed and confident with everything he does to ensure that my teeth, and any dental hygiene needs are at its best. Recently I had composite on two of my front teeth as I ‘grind’ them. Ali did an amazing job of making them look ‘normal’ again and I can’t thank him enough, I'm so impressed. The whole team are very friendly and helpful….I would recommend this dental house over and over. Very happy there and very pleased overall. Thanks guys….

Having recently taken my elderly mum to the Mumbles Dental House, I cannot thank and praise Megan and her wonderful dental nurse enough. They were so kind and thoughtful in dealing with my mum and their professional care was absolutely amazing. Megan treated my mum with great care and patience in arranging for her dentures to be "rebuilt" and smoothed off rough surfaces on her bottom teeth so carefully. Thank you Megan and nurse so much, it was a real pleasure to visit you for help.

I was blown away by the service were received from Dr Ali and his team. We have been really let down by our previous dentist who took no action on our daughter's teeth issues and didn't give any information on what our options were aside from 'keeping an eye on things'. I followed my gut and sought out a second opinion from the team at Mumbles Dental House after they were recommended to me. I am so glad I did. My daughter is neurodivergent and often feels anxiety around dental appointments, but she managed to go through quite an intense procedure feeling completely calm, thanks to Ali and his team making every effort to put her at ease, explain what was happening at each stage and being so patient and gentle with her. Everyone I interacted with from the Receptionist to the dental nurse was friendly, welcoming and efficient. Fantastic service from start to finish, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m a dentist from Somerset and I attended a fantastic 2-day course last weekend at Mumbles Dental House and hosted by their wonderful team. Such a professional environment but at the same time a fun and relaxed atmosphere which was perfect for the course. Ali and all of the staff at Mumbles Dental House have been amazing from start to finish. I had Invisalign which completely transformed my smile, I am so happy with the results! I wanted to change something a few months after the treatment had finished and Ali went above and beyond to ensure my smile was perfect and that I was happy.
